Refund policy

Superior Stencils will offer a full refund paid directly to your credit card if you decide to cancel your order within 3 business days prior to it's scheduled ship date. Please contact us through our email at superiorstencils@gmail.com or directly by contacting us at superiorstencils.com to advise if you would like to cancel your order.

Orders that are returned to us must first be approved by contacting superiorstencils.com.

TILE STENCILS are considered "CUSTOM", therefore are not returnable as they are cut to order and not stocked.

Any orders that are returned due to an error made by us will be fully refunded to the credit card used when making your purchase.
